Conservation projects for a better planet

Tropicalecokami aims to develop different types of coastal restoration projects across the three most important types of ecosystems in the Caribbean: Mangrove forests, Seagrass beds, and Coral reefs.

An important objective for us is to help to reverse climate change, this will be only done if we help to educate our students and local communities involved.

Our idea is to partner with local nonprofit environmental organizations in the Caribbean working on projects for the improvement of our ocean health, and the local communities' livelihoods while maintaining marine ecosystems in good health.

  • Environmental Education, Rosario Islands, Colombia

Love Mother Nature is deeply committed to the preservation of marine ecosystems, and we firmly believe that education is the key to achieving this goal. By raising awareness and providing vital training and funding to local schools in the Baru Islands, we aspire to nurture the next generation of conservation stewards in the region. Our vision is to empower local communities to actively participate in safeguarding their precious tropical coastal ecosystems.

  • Mangrove Reforestation, Majahual Mexico

The conservation of mangroves in Mexico is of utmost importance, especially considering their vital role in protecting the Mesoamerican Reef and supporting the rich biodiversity of the Caribbean region. However, the rapid growth of the population and the expansion of tourist industry developments are posing significant threats to these precious mangrove forests. Our approach involves collaborating with local organizations that are actively engaged in the protection and restoration of mangrove zones.

  • Coral Reef Restoration Program, Cozumel Mexico

The rapid decline of coral reefs is a pressing global concern, and the alarming rate at which they are disappearing demands urgent action. At Love Mother Nature, we recognize the critical importance of preserving these invaluable ecosystems for the well-being of our planet and future generations. Our commitment to conservation drives us to address this crisis head-on by collaborating with experts in Cozumel to support and expand existing Coral Restoration projects around the island.
